I'm back! And better than ever?
In mid-April, I returned from 7.5 months on the Pan-American Highway. While it's difficult to sum up the entire trip, I would say that my overwhelming feeling is that the experience was exactly what I wanted from the trip. It was an unbelievable opportunity to meet so many amazing people, eat some really great food, and see how the Americas connect.
Upon returning, I have already felt an abundance of attitude in being able to live where we do and to have a profession as enjoyable as Real Estate. Simply put, Denver rocks, and I don't think I saw many places in all of the Americas that have as good of a lifestyle as we do here. In the last few weeks, I closed on a listing and a buy side confirming that I feel back in the swinging things and reminding me that this career provides so many tank-filling payoffs. Truly, I'm excited to be back in the swing of things.
In regards to that picture, I think it's my favorite of the entire trip. As Jack, Jessa, and I (great friends/clients) were coming down from an abandoned ski resort at 17,200 feet in Bolivia, we noticed these two men descending from an even higher peak. We offered them a ride down to a nearby town on the tailgate and then sweetened the deal with a few cups of whiskey. In relation to real estate, this experienced has me asking, "How can I help? How can I make this any more fun or memorable?" This is the tone I want to set for the rest of 2024.
Feel free to reach out if you need anything, if I can help you in any way, or if you're just trying to have a bit more fun this summer (I still have a little whiskey). All the best!
